The best way to get help and advice is to visit your local Connexions Centre and talk to a Personal Adviser. You can ask as many questions as you want. Your visit will be in confidence and no one needs to know you have been to see us.

2) Telephone us To telephone your local Connexions team call the number below for your area and ask to speak to a Personal Adviser.
3) Online form You can ask us a question using a simple web form and we will reply using the email address or telephone number you provide (mobile numbers are fine). This is a FREE service which is easy to use. It is also completely confidential so no one will know you have contacted us. To ask us a question online and get a reply CLICK HERE.
4) At School, College or Learning Provider If you are still in learning a Personal Adviser will be linked to your school, college or training / learning provider. To find out more speak to your teacher or tutor and ask which days the Connexions Personal Adviser comes in.
5) Outside normal hours Connexions Direct are open from 8am until 2am every day of the year (including Christmas Day and New Years Day). All calls are answered by trained advisers and are completely confidential. Call FREE on 080 800 13-2-19.
