There are lots of different ways you can contact us to get the help and advice you need.  Just scroll down this page and choose the one that's best for you.


1) COME AND SEE US

The best way to get help and advice is to call into a Connexions Centre and ask to see a Personal Adviser.

You can ask as many questions as you want and no one else needs to know you have contacted us.


Connexions have eight centres:

Sunderland: City Library Building, 30 -32 Fawcett Street, Sunderland
Sunderland:* The Galleries, Town Centre, Washington (part time opening)
Sunderland:* 66 Newbottle Street, Houghton-le-Spring (part time opening)
Newcastle: 2 Eldon Court, Percy Street, Newcastle
Gateshead: Interchange Centre, West Street, Gateshead
North Tyneside: 1 -4 Russell Street, North Shields
North Tyneside:* Wooley Street, Wallsend (part time opening)
South Tyneside: Community Centre, Ocean Road, South Shields

Centres marked * are part time opening. Other centres are open 9:30 - 5:30 weekdays and 10:00 - 3:00 on Saturdays (Percy Street is open until 5pm on a Saturday). For location maps and to check the opening times of a centre please click on the name of the centre above.

 

2) TELEPHONE US

New Connexions Centres are opening across Tyne and Wear and contact numbers will be listed here soon.  In the mean time please visit your nearest Connexions Centre or contact us line (see below).

 

3) CONTACT US ONLINE

Using a simple web form you can ask us a question and receive a reply via email or telephone.  This service is confidential and no one will know you have contacted us. To contact us online now CLICK HERE.

 

4) AT SCHOOL

If you are still in learning a Personal Adviser will be linked to your school, college or training / learning provider. To find out more speak to your teacher or tutor.

 

5) OUT OF HOURS

Connexions Direct are open from 8am until 2am every day (including Christmas and New Year). All calls are answered by trained advisers and are confidential.  Call FREE on 080 800 13-2-19.

 

6) LOOKING FOR A JOB?
