Q How will I get get paid? A We will pay it into your bank account
Q What if I don’t have a bank account? A We will help you set up an account
Q I haven't got money to pay for the bus and metro to the Connexions office every week, will you help? A Yes, your Keyworker can give you back money spent on travel fare as long as you keep your tickets
Q Do I have to go to a Connexions office to meet with my Keyworker? A No, your Keyworker can meet you where suits you both i.e. your local town centre
Q How often do i need to meet with my keyworker? A At the least once a week
Q How long can I stay on the Activity Agreement? A 20 weeks
Q I've got a baby and get Income Support, will I get less if I join the Activity Agreement? A No, you could still get upto £30 allowance on top of your Income Support
Q I get Housing Benefit, will it be effected if I join the Activity Agreement? A No, you could still get upto £30 allowance on top of your Housing Benefit
Q Can I receive my weekly allowance in advance? A No, advances in weekly payments are not permitted.
Q What activities will I have to do? A That depends on what you agree with your Keyworker but it can be pretty much anything from trying out some training to sampling a job, please click here
