Compliments
Our clients and partners made some extremely good comments about us showing that our work is really valued.
Here is a sample from clients:
- Connexions are some times good it depends on who you get

- I think that Connexions is very useful and helpful to young students

- community group were delighted to see a feature on the Connexions website
- a school commented on Connexions staff involvement in the delivery of a course
as a ‘brilliant piece of work’ and that the response and commitment shown by the
students was superb and reflected the content, method and approach of the staff.
Complaints
Complaints were received on the uncomfortable high temperature of one of the sites.
Responses explained that due to the cost it was not an option to install a full air conditioning system however anti-glare coating was to be added to windows to reduce heat coming through the windows and that portable air conditioning units were to be installed.
