We continue to receive a high amount of feedback from young people, parents / carers and partner organisations. The majority of these (79%) are very positive and complimentary of the service delivered.

Feedback recorded during February and March 2007 included 23 compliments, 4 complaints and 2 suggestions.

The majority of comments received, 35%, were made using the 1 View…Your View leaflet, 24%by using the website, 17% made verbally, 14% by e-mail, and 10% were in a written format either as a letter or a thank-you card. The majority of comments received were from young people (48%). All of the complaints and suggestions have been investigated and resolved.
