85% of the comments received from young people, parents / carers and partner organisations in the second quarter of this year were positive.
During July, August and September 2007 we received a total of 333 compliments, 5 complaints and 1 suggestion.
The majority of comments recorded were from young people and we continue to receive a number of comments from parents / carers, partner organisations and Connexions’ staff.
The majority of comments were received via email, by using the 1 View … Your View leaflet, letter or thank-you card. and via our website. A response was given to the suggestion. The 5 complaints were dealt with promptly, 2 of which were regarding the lack of part time job vacancies for young people.

What did people say?
A sample of compliments from clients:
- ‘Thank you for helping me find a job’.
- ‘Online job search and application system is useful’, resulting in a job for the young person.
- ‘I was very happy with the service from Connexions’.
- ‘Connexions are good’.
- ‘Thanks for the information it was very helpful.
- ‘Thank you for a great time on work experience’.
- Comment from a parent stating ‘the Adviser was extremely courteous and knowledgeable’.
- A partner commented that a Personal Adviser was a real credit to Connexions.
- Comment from a partner ‘ thanks a million, keep up the excellent work, you are changing young people’s lives’.
