What did people say?

Compliments from clients:

• I have had great help and support from Connexions. They have helped me decide what I wanted to do in the future and also at college.

• Connexions used as an example of good practice for reducing NEET figures at a national conference.

• Thanks from a partner organisation for Connexions help in publicising their open day. Feedback showed that most people had heard about the event from Connexions.

Suggestions

• One client asked for more information and help regarding Work Experience and places. Connexions are now in the process of adding more information and support onto the website and are in the process of developing a more interactive package of work experience support materials that will be ready for use in the Autumn Term.

Complaints

• Complaint from a client identifying that a web link on the Connexions website was not working. Investigations confirmed the link was not working due to a setting error the problem has now been resolved and the link is now working.

• One anonymous complaint was received regarding access to websites from Connexions ‘public computers’. The investigation revealed that no problems had been experienced with access to the internet although Connexions continues to block access to an increasing number of unsuitable sites.
