Partners: Here are some of the compliments received from partner organisations during March 2005: • One of our media partners in the ‘Get Up and Go’ campaign reported 2 parents calling the station following the North Tyneside event on the 26th Feb to congratulate ‘Connexions’ on the event and encourage people who missed the event to attend the one to be in Gateshead. This led to Galaxy radio inviting our Information and Communications Manager for an interview on 1st March to promote future events.
• ‘thank you for the much valued contribution of informative comments at the panel
Schools: Here are some compliments received from schools during March 2005: • ‘just to say thank you for all the hard work you put in to the library, it is excellent the way we wanted it, thanks again.’
Suggestions: Here are some of the suggestions we received during March 2005: A young person commented that a ‘bit more colour was needed at a delivery site’. The site mentioned was a Connexions access point and we are unable to implement any actions as the premises are not owned by Connexions.
Complaints: Here are some complaints received during March 2005: • A young person complained about being interviewed in a busy room. On investigation the room used was not in a ‘Connexions’ delivery site. The young person was informed of the location of the Connexions sites along with details of two PAs and relevant contact numbers to organise a time for a private interview. • A young person complained about the location of the holes, which were punched in the 1 View…Your View leaflet included in the i-fax packs. If the holes were punched at the top it would interfere with printed text on the leaflet. A list of different ways to make a ‘comment’ to Connexions was relayed, including were to get leaflets without the holes. The response also stated that the comments made would be considered when the leaflet is next re-printed. • Two young people complained about the design of the ceiling at one of the Connexions delivery site.
Both were responded to, thanking them for their views, and letting them know that their views will be taken into consideration during the next review for improvement to premises.
