During March a total of 19 ‘Comments’ were received these included 17 compliments and 2 complaints. 90% of comments received were ‘compliments’ this continues the high return of positive feedback. The majority of comments received this month were by leaflet (42%). The majority of comments received were made by young people (52%).

Complaints

• Complaint regarding IT equipment and programs at one of our delivery centres. The complaint has been fully investigated and the programs used are easier to maintain preventing inappropriate use especially when used in a public access situation.
