ISSP is located within NACRO - a training organisation for young people aged 16 to 23 years. Young people visiting or using NACRO services can access C Card through ISSP staff. ISSP is an intensive supervision and surveillance programme dealing with young offenders that have been sent by the courts instead of going to prison.
