Boldon Kuel-Ling Kickboxing Club: Boldon Community Association, New Road, Boldon. Holds classes from 8pm to 9.30pm Mondays and Wednesdays for adults; Under 12s from 6.30pm to 7.30pm Wednesdays. All abilities welcome. Following a grant the gym equipment has been upgraded.
The Wooden Dragon Gung-fu Institute: one of the first of its kind in the region offering tuition in this new martial art.
