Navigation / Moving around    [BACK TO MENU]

LEFT MENU: The orange menu on the LEFT of your screen is always visible and always the same. This menu provides information about Connexions, where we are, what we do and how to get in touch with us. The left menu gives information on finding a job or training, advice about your choices and news and events. There's a downloads section and pages for staff, partners, employers, teachers and parents.

TOP MENU: The purple menu at the TOP is visible on most pages but will change depending on which page you are viewing.  This menu provides a wide range of information on Lifestyle, Health and Money issues as well as links to News, Sport and Entertainment websites.

Local Pages: The top menu will change when viewing local pages to show downloads and parent information for each of the five areas that we cover (Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland).

Partners and Staff: The top menu will change when viewing Partner and Staff pages to reflect the different options available.

Site search facility    [BACK TO MENU]

This website contains over 500 pages of information.  To help you find the information you need quickly we have provided a site search facility.  Simply type in what you are looking for and all pages that contain your search phrase will be shown.  You can then read a brief description of each page and click on the one you want.

The site search facility is above the left menu.  It is also available by clicking here.  We also have a usefull A to Z index here.

Printing Information    [BACK TO MENU]

This website uses frames.  To make sure the menus do not appear on your print out you should first click anywhere on the page you want to print then press and hold the Ctrl key (bottom left) and press the P key (Ctrl+P).  When the print menu appears click "Print" at the bottom.

Links to other websites    [BACK TO MENU]

When you click on a link to a third party website it will open in a new window. You can maximise this window if required and then simply close it when you are finished to return to this website.

The LEFT menu and Top menu has a Contact us button which allows you to get in touch with us in many different ways.

    You can:

• Ask us a question in confidence and receive a reply
• View location maps and find out opening times for our centres
• Send us your questions, comments, complaints and suggestions
