Where? St James' Park

When? Thursday 25 th January 2007

Time? 3pm – 7pm

Switch On is an event at St James' Park where all Year 11 students in Newcastle are invited to come along and find out about what learning opportunities are available to them once they have completed Year 11.

There will be people from Newcastle College and Tyne Metropolitan College, Newcastle Work Based Learning Providers, Newcastle 6th Forms and Aimhigher and HELOA NE who will provide information on higher education.

There will also be people on hand to give advice on Financial support such as Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA).

There will be lots of information packs for you to take away with you from the event and there will be freebies and prizes throughout the event to be given away! You could win Eldon Square Vouchers or an IPOD!

If you are in Year 11 in a Newcastle school you will receive an invitation to the event through the post in January.
