News Archive This event has already taken place Princes Trust Personal Development Programme The Princes Trust at Tyne Metropolitan College are looking to recruit young people for their next Personal Development Programme starting on Monday 15th May. They will be recruiting for their next team programme from Monday 24th April until Friday 12th May between 10.00 am and 3.30 pm so don't delay and get on the phone today! The Personal Development Programme The 12 Week programme is a personal development programme for 16 - 25 year olds who are currently not doing anything, are not sure what career path they want to take, are wanting a change in life or just want to meet new people and have a good time. The course is broken down into different sections:
Week 1 - Getting to know each other, Team Building Activities Activity days include activities such as bowling, Quasar Laser, swimming. Young people will also gain various qualifications:
People claiming Job Seekers Allowance or any benefits will not lose out on their benefits, they will still be able to do the course and collect benefits. If you are 19 and under you could be eligible to claim EMA (Education Maintenance Allowance) which is £30 a week.
