Aims and Objectives of the Service

Aim
To provide high quality confidential and impartial Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance service and increase participation rates for young people aged 13-19 and up to 25 years of age with special needs. 

Objectives
To provide CEIAG support to all vulnerable groups as identified by Connexions agreed criteria.To provide a responsive and accessible CEIAG delivery service to young people aged 13-19 and up to 25 years of age for young people with special needs.

To provide CEIAG support to young people aged 16-19 and up to 25 years of age with special needs who are Not in Education, Employment or Training, providing follow up, tracking and support in order to increase participation in to Education, Employment or Training.

To provide a traded service offer to schools and academies, with the introduction of a fee paying package of tailored support to enhance the delivery of impartial CEIAG services.
