New Temporary Wednesday Opening Hours at Connexions in Fawcett Street

From Wednesday 18th August 2010, the Connexions Office on the First Floor of The City Library and Arts Centre Building at 30-32 Fawcett Street, Sunderland, will be open on a temporary basis until 6.30pm on Wednesday evenings.

This will enable Connexions to offer a service to young people and their parents or carers who may find it difficult to call in to the office during the normal opening hours of 9am-5pm. Connexions Personal Advisers and Information Advice Assistants will be available to help you during these extended hours. No appointment is required - just call in.

This extended opening will operate on a temporary basis for seven Wednesdays, from Wednesday 18th August 2010 to Wednesday 29th September 2010. This arrangement will then be reviewed, after which it will be decided whether or not to continue the extended hours on a permanent basis.
