Welcome to Connexions in Sunderland

Connexions Sunderland offers confidential advice and support services for all 13-19 year olds (and up to age 25 for young people with special needs).

Houghton and Washington Connexions Centres opening hours

If you live in Houghton or Washington you can access Connexions services five days a week:

Monday 10am-4pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am-5pm
Friday 10am-4pm

If you need to speak to an Adviser outside these hours, the Directgov Careers Helpline for Young People offers free, confidential information and advice about the world of careers and learning for 13 to 19 year olds in England. Advisers are available between 8am-10pm, Monday-Sunday. The Helpline is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Connexions Sunderland have been successful in gaining the matrix Standard for Information Advice and Guidance Services.
