Volunteer at a Children's Centre
Would you like the chance to learn a new skill, gain training and help others?
Volunteer in your local Children's Centre to support staff in various groups and activities, have an active role to play in your local Children's Centre and support new parents accessing the centre for the first time.
It does not matter how much or how little time you are able to give. From one hour to five days a week there is no limit to the amount of volunteering opportunities on offer.
You can gain a qualification, learn new skills, and feel valued in your local community and find work experience with Gateshead Council.
- Support staff in various groups and activities
